Small Groups

photo

Serving God and ministering to others is one of our top priorities; as is growing in the knowledge of God's Word and His ways. Our Small Groups seek to achieve this in the following ways:

  • Encouraging every regular attender to be a committed member of a Small Group
  • Meeting weekly or fortnightly and being provided with sound resources for the study of the Bible
  • Keeping in touch with the needs of their members and those around them and constantly seeking to fulfill those needs
  • Providing a caring environment, where many "acquaintances" have developed into life-long friendships
  • Sometimes going on holiday together; or just for the occasional picnic; or maybe out to dinner; or to catch a movie

The Message

At Blackwood we make every effort to communication the truths of the gospel and their application to our lives. Check out our latest message.

The Music

We worship a mighty God and His presence is to be celebrated. With our contemporary worship style we seek to lift up the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We do this by being contemporary in our worship style, whilst respecting our great Christian heritage. Over the years members of Blackwood Hills Baptist Church have written and performed songs in keeping with the truths of the gospel message. Come to one of our services for a taste of our music.
